FAQ

Shipping

  • For custom print on demand items the time from receipt of order to print to ship is 5 - 8 business days unless otherwise specified under the respective product description. Thereafter USPS will take over for shipping.
  • For other retail items we strive to ship domestic inventory next business day and typical USPS shipping times are from 2 to 7 days
  • For promotional sale products please allow 2 to 5 weeks for shipping.
  • For seasonal/festive shipping times this would be dependent on the postal service as shipping demands are typically higher during this period.  Where possible we will indicate a cut off time for such occasions.
  • When your item is shipped an email will be sent to you with its tracking number.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Eligibility

  • For most items, in the unlikely situation that your product is damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 7 days of receiving it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Please contact us prior to returning items and obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Include this number on the shipping label.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable.
  • To complete your return, please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

      Refunds (if applicable)

      • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      • Upon approval your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
      • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
        • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account
        • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
        • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      Sale items (if applicable)

      Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

      Exchanges (if applicable)

      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by using our contact form or email us at support@kentprints.com and we will advise where you can send the refund item to.

      Shipping

      • To return your product, you should refer to the email that we sent you after we received your request for refund.
      • You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item unless the item you received is a wrong item and/or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
      • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
      • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
